When I told my husband what happened he called back and asked if the trash for the hotel had been picked up yet.we were willing to drive back out and dumpster drive to find Mr. I was HEARTBROKEN and spent most of the morning crying. She apologized profusely and advised they would refund my stay. I received a call shortly after and was told that the housekeepers had found my bear, but they had thrown it away. I told her about the situation, and she advised she would reach out to the housekeeping manager and call me back. I called back the next morning and spoke to another nice receptionist. I called the front desk and spoke with a nice woman who advised it was not in the lost and found, but that I could call back in the morning to speak to housekeeping. **This is where the real review comes in** Once I got home and settled, which was about 4 hours away, I realized I had forgotten my stuffed bear that I have had since childhood in the room. The location was fantastic and was close to the airport for those traveling. We checked in super quick and had keyless door entry if we chose to. Our bed was SO comfortable, and everything was effortless. The room was clean, organized, and spacious. We spent one night in a King Suite for a concert in the area. I have a LOT to say about our experience, specifically the customer service. We had a fantastic stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Euless. We will NEVER stay in one of these hotels again. We skipped breakfast the second day, for obvious reasons. No one was watching the breakfast area as teenage boys were picking up bagels with their hands and putting the bagels back when they decided they wanted something different. Breakfast was included with the room so we went down our first morning. Specifics of the room - it was large shower was large and the water was hot no hair conditioner was provided no safe in the room. It was really abysmal and Hilton should be ashamed. There was no emptying of trash and forget about making the bed. They had to stand on them to put the fresh towels on the rack, but just left the used ones where they lay. The towels were put on the towel rack, but they never took away the dirty ones on the floor. They brought it all except the dishwasher tabs. We asked for towels, tissues, coffee and dishwasher tabs - there were actually dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and we also used some. They would, however, bring towels or whatever was needed to the room. The only do it every 4 days regardless of the notice. To request a stayover cleaning or just a few extra towels simply call or stop by the front desk and we'll be happy to help! For stays of 4 nights or longer, we will provide a full room cleaning every 5th days using Lysol protection." So, we stopped by the front desk and asked for the stayover cleaning. A sign on the bathroom mirror said "Complimentary Housekeeping by Request. When checking in, we asked for a quiet room and were given one facing the highway - very noisy. First of all, the hotel was far from full so none of this was a result of being overcrowded.
